We met in Bement Illinois at Colleen’s parents gas station. Earvin forgot his wallet and had to run home to get his wallet to pay for fuel. Colleen was helping at the gas station and thought he was going to steal. There was an instant connection when he came back to pay amd we started talking. A few days later we started messaging each other and have been inseprable ever since.

The engagement was such as surprise! It happened the day before my birthday (Colleen) so I thoight we were goong to dinner for my birthday. He took me to Ko Fusion in Champaign, he even had reservations (thats so not like him). After we ordered Earvin told me he forgot something in the car and went outside. While he was gone a woman in the resteraunt started singing a somg that means a lot to me- “Beautiful Crazy” by Luke Combs. It wasnr until I saw Dallin standing by the front door is a dress shirt and tie that i realized what was going on. Earvin came in the front door with Dallin and got down on one knee. Dallin handed Earvin the ring and then Earvin asked me if I would be his wife. Of course I said YES!!!
