What are the COVID protocols?

Answer

For everyone’s protection, we ask that you have a negative COVID test within 3 days of the wedding weekend. If you are coming from out of town, we recommend getting tested before travelling to Nashville. If you will be in Nashville the week leading up to the wedding, we recommend using the free drive-thru testing site at 350 28th Avenue N., Nashville, TN 37209 (Nashville Metro Community Testing Center); results are usually available within 48 hours. We look forward to celebrating safely with you!

Will transportation be provided throughout the weekend?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided from the AC Marriott Downtown Nashville, Hutton Hotel, and Hilton Green Hills Hotel. Please refer to the itinerary in your welcome bag for shuttle departure times.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive at 5:00pm, or no later than 5:15pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm (Central Time).
