See our travel tab! There is no onsite lodging at Arapahoe Basin. We recommend staying in either the Keystone Inn or Hyatt in Keystone which is approximaley 5 miles away. We will be providing shuttle transportation from these two locations. There are other hotels and airbnbs in the adjacent area to stay in, but note these are our only shuttle pickup and drop off points. There are no ride apps (Uber and Lyft) or taxis that service this area.
We have hired private shuttles to bring guests to and from Keystone to Arapahoe Basin and back after the party. There will be two pick up locations and two pick up times. Locations: Keystone Lodge & Spa, 22101 US-6, Keystone Hyatt, 23044 US-6, Keystone Pick up times for each location: 3:45pm and 4:15pm Return times: Leaving Arapahoe Basin continuously, but last shuttle will be at 11pm If you choose to drive to Arapahoe Basin instead of taking the shuttle there will be free parking available but we strongly encourage you to use the shuttle service! There is no Uber or Lyft or taxis that service the area.
If you are not taking the shuttle, please arrive at 6th Alley Bar (A-frame building at the base of the mountain) between 4pm and 4:45pm. You will miss the ceremony if late as the chairlift will not be running continuously to prevent disruption of the ceremony.

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!
The Welcome Dinner and Wedding are both at high altitude (about 10,000 feet). Please drink lots of water ahead of time to avoid altitude sickness. There are also oxygen bars in town as well as O2 cans at the local grocery stores.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our I do’s. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.
