Back in 2014, we both attended a house party on a humid August night that would change our lives forever. We spent much of our senior year at Quinnipiac getting to know each other and officially started dating shortly after graduation. Looking back at our time at Quinnipiac, we realized that before we met, we had attended many of the same parties, frequented the same bars and had a number of mutual friends. We were very much tied by an invisible string. Our first date was at Frank Pepe's in New Haven. It was the first of many of dates where everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. From forgotten pizzas to watching our server drop our entire order as it was brought to our table-we experienced it all! What would normally be seen as major inconveniences, we saw as blessings, as we did not want our dates to come to an end. Fast forward to May 2023, Colin proposed in New Haven at East Rock Park. Following the proposal, Colin recreated our first date at Frank Pepe's to celebrate. It was truly a magical day!
