Easy for everyone! To book your room in our reserved block, click the "View" button below. If you prefer to call, please use the phone number above and refer to the group name "Coleman-Smith Onsite Wedding Room Block" or code "JTR". We encourage you to book by Friday, July 26th to secure a room in the block at a discounted rate. The block is available for stays between Thursday, August 29th and Sunday, September 1st (for Thursday night stays, you will have to manually change the reservation date on the hotel website). Note: Guests arriving from outside the greater Chicagoland area will be invited to a welcome drinks event Friday evening, August 30th. The event will be a convenient 10-minute walk from the hotel. Please plan your travels accordingly if you’d like to attend! If you are parking at the hotel, mention you are part of the room block and you will receive a discounted rate.
