Like most modern love stories, the story of ‘Callie’ begins on a dating app, Bumble to be specific. After a month of texting, far too long if you ask Allie, our schedules aligned and we were able to meet for a midweek lunch in Dallas. We decided to go to what would become one of our favorite spots in Dallas, Nodding Donkey. And, while Allie was aware I had an ankle sprain, what she didn’t know was that I was on crutches, sympathy points for the win. A decent time was had by both, but luckily Allie and Blazer were introduced at the end of the date, and it was love at first sight. Fast forward 6 years and you’ll find Allie, Cole, and Blazer living it up in Baltimore. We particularly enjoy the climate (so far), and Blazer loves his morning walks on the harbor. While we are having a blast up here, we plan to move back to the Lone Star State June of 2023.
