It's Muller Time!

Louis and Colby started dating their sophomore year of highschool when Louis asked Colby to the homecoming dance. Afterwards we left the gym still holding hands ❤️ The next few years held lots of backyard firepits, pool parties, and both of our families growing closer as we did. Some highlights included attending our senior prom together, going to each other's cross country (Louis) and tennis games (Colby), trips to Six Flags, and family dinners!

In 2014 Colby and Louis graduated from Shawnee High School and then had "the summer of endless fun" before heading off to college. Louis went to Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in MA and Colby went to Elizabethtown College in PA. They visited at each other's colleges, went on our first road trips together, spending summers visiting our high school friends and exploring new places. Colby attended Louis' fraternity formals and Louis helped Colby build homecoming parade floats. Both of us traveled abroad and Louis visited Colby when she was studying abroad in Ecuador our senior year.

In 2018 Louis and Colby graduated from their colleges and headed down to Atlanta for Colby to start her PhD program in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Emory University. Here we have explored our new city together, finding great food, riding our bikes to awesome bars and beer festivals, going to fun concerts, and making new friends. We enjoy playing volleyball and "shooting the Hooch" during the summers! We love hosting our friends at our pool and throwing some fun birthday and graduation parties!

On December 26th, 2021, the day after Christmas, Louis took Colby to Cape May, NJ (a special vacation spot for her and her family), where they walked around until they reached the downtown mall. Louis asked Colby to marry him right in front of the Cape May Bell, an iconic spot where Colby's family always took pictures and where Colby and Louis had several photos together over all the years. Colby said yes and helped him up so fast we don't even have a picture of him down on one knee! Cassidy and Jimmy cleverly hid nearby to capture the proposal and moments after the proposal, and then the new fiancés had an engagement brunch with both families--it was the best day! :)
