FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP and send us proof of vaccination no later than Friday, October 8th, 2021.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please do not bring a guest unless one was listed on your invitation. Due to the venue's capacity and out of an abundance of caution in a post-pandemic world, we are trying to keep our wedding limited to our nearest and dearest!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your children, please leave them home tonight. Tonight is for you to drink and dine with us and let loose, and for your kids to have fun with a sitter!

Question

What can I do about childcare?

Answer

There are great resources of local agencies which frequently assist vacationing families and/or events with their childcare! All are certified, insured, and reliable! Here are a few options: *Tootles Event Sitters - https://tootleseventsitters.com/* *Sunshine Babysitting - https://sunshinebabysitting.com/index.htm* *Extra Hands - http://vacationsitterfl.com/*

Question

You're having TWO ceremonies???

Answer

In honouring family traditions, we will be hosting a Catholic Wedding Mass on Thursday, November 18th (see Schedule page). This event is optional, but all are welcome - including children and plus-ones! Our full-day wedding (ceremony, dinner, reception, etc.) is being held on Friday, November 19th!

Question

COVID Safety Measures?

Answer

1. We are requiring all our attendees and vendors be vaccinated to help minimize transmission. 2. Buffet dinner be served by our vendors, who will be fully masked. 3. Venue is implementing safety measures including thorough cleaning, spaced out seating, etc.

Question

Do I need to bring a mask?

Answer

We have waited for this day for so long to be able to do our part in keeping everyone safe. At this time, we are requiring all attendees be fully vaccinated, so masks will not be required!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie optional or cocktail attire. Have fun dressing up! Dust off your favourite suit/dress/separates, no denim or sneakers please!

Question

Is there parking on-site at Venue 1902?

Answer

Valet parking will be provided for your vehicle for the duration of the wedding festivities.
