What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

Answer

All White Resort Attire Wedges, block heels, sandals or other 'cobblestone safe' shoes are strongly recommended.

What should I wear to the Wedding?

Answer

Guys: Light summer suits, chinos with button downs, optional sport coat or dinner jacket. Please no shorts and absolutely no ties. Ladies: 'Island Chic' dress or jumpsuit, shoes suitable for sand. But if that coat is too hot or those wedges are too high, leave them at home! We want you to take 'dancing shoes' very literally.

How do I get to and from the airport in the DR?

DO I NEED A COVID TEST TO ENTER OR LEAVE?

Answer

No! As of June 12th, you no longer need a covid test to enter the DR or return to the US. Hallelujah!!!

How will the hotel know I am part of the "All-Inclusive" package?

Answer

The hotel itself is not an "all-inclusive" hotel. However, our wedding party does have the "all-inclusive" package. The hotel does not give wristbands. When going to any of the included restaurants or bars, you will be asked for your room card and you will get a receipt to sign. You are NOT being charged (just hotel policy). When in doubt, ask.

What restaurants ARE included in the "All-Inclusive"?

Lago Restaurant, La Caña Restaurant & Lounge-Bar, 19th Hole, Pool Bar, Coco Mar Bar, Brasa and Masa food trucks at Minitas, Squeeze Juice Bar, La Casita Restaurant, Causa Restaurant, La Piazzetta Restaurant, Bar Safari at the Shooting Center.

What restaurants are NOT included in the "All-Inclusive"?

Minitas Beach Club, SBG, Limoncello, 305, Pepperoni, and Marietta.

How will I get to each wedding event?

Answer

All events will take place at the resort. We organized roundtrip transportation from the main hotel to each wedding event location. Shuttles will begin 30 minutes before the start time and will continue throughout the night. Don't want to ride the shuttle? Bring your golf cart! ​​

What else should I pack?

Answer

Dust off your passport and double check that it didn't expire during quarantine. FYI - Your passport should have at least six months of validity if you're traveling internationally. If your passport has less than six months until it expires after your last day of travel, it's time to renew. - Current renewal turnaround time is 18 weeks.
