CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS?
Answer
YES! The only request we make is to please put your phones away during the CEREMONY. We have hired an incredible photographer and videographer to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do". However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening otherwise! We also plan on utilizing an app so that you will be able to share all your favorite photos with us.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before our 3:30 pm ceremony time. This will allow plenty of time for you to park and find your seat. If you are late and the ceremony has started, we ask you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception!

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will take place at Into the Woods Event Space. The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will take place in the barn/building of the venue. Please be prepared for a short ceremony outdoors. Ceremony will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.

CAN I BRING A DATE?
Answer
Although we usually say "the more the merrier", we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?
Answer
The sooner, the better. We appreciate your prompt response! Please respond no later than September 4th, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, you will be marked as "unable to attend". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner.

WHAT ARE THE WEDDING COLORS?
Answer
Think warm earth tone colors. The main colors will be a woodsy green, rust, and cream. The bridesmaids will be wearing mismatched dresses in the colors rust, deep olive, and moss.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
Answer
While we both love your kiddos, our wedding will be primarily an adult-only event. Due to space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party and immediate family. We hope you understand and can enjoy a fun date night on us!

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS ON THE HAT BAR?

KYLIICO TRAVELING HAT BAR WILL BE SET UP AT OUR RECEPTION IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE & DESIGN YOUR VERY OWN HAT! THERE WILL BE A VARIETY OF HATS TO CHOOSE FROM AS WELL AS DIFFERENT STYLES OF HAT BANDS, FABRICS, AND OTHER ACCESSORIES. THEY WILL ACCEPT A VARIETY OF PAYMENT METHODS. WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
Answer
We will be serving fajitas for dinner. A buffet will be provided with chicken, pork carnitas, refried beans, spanish rice, sautéed onions and peppers, chips and salsa, flour tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa verde, hot sauce, and queso. We also plan to have a dessert bar with a variety of desserts to choose from.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
YES! We plan to have an open bar with beer and wine. There will also be a cash bar if you wish to purchase mixed drinks. Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safely!
