Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a room block set up at the Black Bear Inn. Call (207)866-7120 and ask for the Moody/Tougas wedding. This is available until 9/23 or until they run out of rooms.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 14th so we can let the Inn know final numbers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 2:30 with the ceremony starting at 3.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It’s a semi-formal event. Formal clothing is good, but nothing too fancy.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. We trust you to know what your kid(s) can handle. And if the situation calls for it, the proper timing to temporarily remove them from the room, as to not disrupt the event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have a food allergy send Amelia a message (207)214-5858, and she’ll make sure The Black Bear Inn gives you options.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of parking at the hotel.
