When should I RSVP by?

We have closed RSVPs because a final head count has already been given to our venue. If your plans have any questions, please reach out to Codi at 720-986-2571

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered for items through Zola, but the registry tab on this site also links to our Target and Amazon registries.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony is set to begin at 3 pm, so please plan to arrive around 2:30 pm - so that we have the most time possible to decorate and make sure our schedule is on track. The bar area in the reception hall will be open around 2 pm, so that you can get something to drink if you arrive early.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal! Please join us in dressing up to celebrate! We aren't expecting everyone to show up in tuxedos and ballgowns, but please avoid wearing jeans. Our wedding colors are eucalyptus, sage, and dusty blue so these will be worn by our wedding party.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Please only bring the parties that were included on your rsvp! We will not have seat for anyone who was not previously on our guest list, and you will not be able to add people on your own. If you have any questions, please contact Codi at 720-986-2571

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Any children included on your invitation are welcome to come celebrate with us! Ellis Ranch has a playground for children, but they must have an adult supervising them while they are playing.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Our wedding is going to be in Loveland, but we will be having our rehearsal and a day after brunch in Longmont. With that in mind, there is information for hotels in both cities linked on the travel page of this website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions and food allergies when you RSVP. There will be a question for you to respond to where you can list these.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Ellis Ranch has lots of parking, including accessible parking spaces for those who need them. The ceremony and reception will both be at Ellis Ranch, and moving vehicles in between will not be required.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Any other celebratory events will be included on your invitation, so please be sure to RSVP for all events that are included.
