IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or a traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length dresses or midi length dresses. Cowboy hats are permitted. Please no jeans, sneakers, or flip flops! We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride: cream, ivory, or white. Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be outside unless weather is not permitting.

DRESS CODE FOR WELCOME PARTY?

Answer

Cocktail attire or just a little bit nicer clothing than everyday wear! We will be at a brewery so formal wear is not needed for this event!

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with anyone and everyone. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love all you little ones as much as you do! We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional children. The children that have been included have been narrowed down to family only, we apologize to any inconveniences. We encourage you to take this as a date night!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! Please drink on us! Pinecrest Wedding and Event Center does request we do not bring any additional alcohol on to the premises so please be mindful of this.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 26, 2024. However, the earlier the better! If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

IS THERE ONSITE PARKING?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite parking! However, you cannot leave cars in the parking lot overnight, if it is an emergency and you need to the car needs to be picked up by 10:00 am the next morning. So, please plan accordingly with carpooling, Ubers, or safe rides home from the venue.

DOES PINECREST ALLOW RIDE SHARES? (I.E UBER, LYFT)

Answer

Yes, our venue does allow all ride shares. Per our venue it is highly recommended if you are using a ride share service to schedule it ahead of time as it does take a while to have the ride share arrive.

What color will the Bridesmaids & Groomsmen be in?

Answer

Our Bridesmaids will be in a deep olive satin dress and our Groomsmen will be in a beige/ Tan suit.
