What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. We recommend arriving at 4:00 to park, mingle and make your way to your seats!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to plan for our perfect day and coordination with our vendors, we require an RSVP by June 21, 2024 and cannot make exceptions. If we have not heard from you by this deadline, we will plan to celebrate with you at another time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Our dress code is cocktail attire. Some examples of this include cocktail dresses, slacks, button-downs (short or long sleeves), heels/wedges, dress shoes, etc. Please refrain from jeans.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a "plus one" it will be indicated on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children but unfortunately we are not accommodating any children at our wedding other than our own nieces and nephews. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be room for small dietary modifications to the menu. Please inform the bride and groom of these at time of RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at our venue although overnight parking is strictly prohibited. Being in the foothills of the mountains, it is likely that ride shares will not be available for pick up from the venue. Therefore, please utilize our provided transportation with our preferred hotel.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our preferred hotel Doubletree Tech Center is a short 35 minute commute from our venue. The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the venue for hotel guests who have booked their room with our code only. We hope our guests take advantage of this provided service.

Question

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the same place?

Answer

All planned events for the night are held at one location.

Question

Will there be an open or cash bar?

Answer

We are including an open bar at our event. Tips are welcomed and appreciated by bar staff.
