What time are the shuttles picking up and dropping off?
Answer
As of 6/28/24: • The Courtyard by Marriott Riverfront Hotel in Appleton: Bus arrives at 2:45pm and leaves at 3:00pm for the venue • Hilton Garden Inn: Bus arrives at 2:45pm and leaves at 3:00pm for the venue. As for the end of the night: • First shuttle to arrive at 9:15pm and leaves for BOTH hotels at 9:30pm • There will be two busses at 11:00pm and leaves for BOTH hotels • ONE of the final busses will be going downtown Appleton afterwards to continue the party! So if you are planning to join please make sure you’re on the right bus!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony. We have hired the greatest photographers who will capture our ceremony beautifully! After the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures as you wish, we would love to see them!

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding is adults only.

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?
Answer
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by the deadline listed on your details card, you will be marked "not attending". The reason being, we have to provide accurate numbers to all of our venders within a timely manner.

What time does the wedding end?
Answer
The reception will be done by 11:00pm, however, we are planning to go out downtown Appleton once we get back to the hotels to keep the party going!

Is there parking onsite?
Answer
There is a fairly large lot on site that you are more than welcome to park at and leave your car over night. We just ask that your car is picked up by noon the next day.

Do I need to bring cash?
Answer
Lucky for you, we are having an open bar! No cash necessary. However, if you would like to tip our fantastic bartenders then feel free!
