Rehearsal Dinner

The rehearsal dinner is Western themed, so grab your cowboy boots and cowboy hats and get ready to two step! There will be a wide range (denim outfits all the way to elevated mountain chic) so anything western is great!
Please note that we would love everyone to attend the rehearsal dinner. We can't wait to celebrate all weekend long with you!!!

Please note that there will be two rounds of shuttles from Portola Plaza Hotel (arrival times promptly at 2:45 PM and 3:15 PM so please don't be late!). There will not be space for everyone on the second round of shuttles so please come to the beach early and enjoy the view (we will have pashminas, flip flops, and heel stoppers provided)! If you choose to go on the earlier shuttle, you will also get a wrist band indicating that you also get priority for getting on the first shuttles to cocktail hour if you would prefer ;) Please also note that there is only limited space for parking at the beach. If you prefer to drive, we would recommend parking at Carmel Fields and getting an Uber or Lyft down to Monastery Beach.
Cocktail Hour and Reception

There will be appetizers available along with the cocktail hour, and dinner will be served around 6:15 PM. There is a parking lot at Carmel Fields if you prefer to drive. You can leave your car overnight and pick it up in the morning. If you choose to pick it up before sunrise, the gate will be shut and you will have to walk into the park and drive up to the gate (it will open automatically at that point).
