FAQs
Question

How do I RSVP? When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP by May 10th, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after the this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Question

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal Garden Party. Ladies should wear mid or floor length dresses, please feel free to play with brighter colors & patterns! Gentlemen we recommend a suit and tie or bow tie, again colorful options welcome. Additionally, the ceremony will be on grass so please keep that in mind for your shoes! Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the flower girls and ring bearer. We encourage you to use this as a date night!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held outdoors, we recommend a light jacket for the evening.

Question

What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm, we recommend guests arrive between 4-4:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour & reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue and a parking attendant will direct you to the appropriate lot.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!

Question

Can I take photos/videos?

Answer

We would love to have as many photos and videos captured of our wedding day as possible, especially from our family and friends point of view! During our wedding ceremony, we just kindly ask that you refrain from blocking our photographer and videographer expert views that we have hired to capture the day professionally.
