As most of you might know, Hannah and Garrett met at Texas State, but more specifically spring break 2018 at the Frio. Garrett used that sassy charm we all know, but Hannah was absolutely not into it. A day later she completely fell for him... I guess that Diehl charm worked after all. From the moment they started spending time together, Hannah knew that Garrett was something special. Throughout college they always found themselves finding each other, they could never really stay away. They officiallyyyy began dating the beginning of 2020!

July 24th 2021, Garrett and Hannah took a trip to Garrett's grandparents summer cottage in Mount Desert Island, Maine. A trip Garrett's been making since he was little! The morning of July 25, 2021, Garrett walked Hannah down to the end of their dock and popped the question! Then walked her upstairs to be surprised again by having her entire family there to celebrate! The rest of the week was full of celebrations, lobster rolls, and famous Maine blueberries!
