Flight
Boston Logan is the the largest and cheapest airport to fly into. From Logan, Falmouth is about an hour and a half drive. From Logan, there is a shuttle that will take you straight to Falmouth! We've linked it above.
Train
We take the Amtrak all the time to get from NYC to Boston. If you go from Penn Station (Also called the Moynihan Train Hall, or NYP) to South Station in Boston (BOS), you can take the Plymouth and Brockton Shuttle, the same shuttle as the one from the airport!
Rental Car
If you're coming from anywhere in the Northeast, driving is the most direct way to get to Falmouth. We know many folks are coming from NYC with no cars -- consider sharing a rental car and driving up together! It's about a 5 hour drive, but once you're out of the city, it's easy. Make sure you whack the ceiling of the car whenever you enter a new state! We do that on every drive.
