The wedding ceremony will be at 2 PM, and the reception will start at 3:30 PM. Please see our "schedule" tab at the top of this webpage for details.
Semi-formal attire is suggested, and is great for both the ceremony and reception. (For men, please consider a suit jacket or a blazer with dress pants. For women, please consider options like a cocktail dress, sundress, dressy separates, or dressy jumpsuit) Note that while there are paved walkways at the park, there is also lots of grass around the barn. If you wish to walk around the park during the reception, please keep this in mind!
Due to limited space at the reception, we ask that only the guests listed on your online RSVP form attend.
The church provides plenty of parking for ceremony. For the reception, please turn in to the main entrance of Salomon Farm. Please follow the signage and follow the road the runs behind the welcome center to enter the large event space parking lot by the Old Barn.
No, we will only be celebrating the Rite of Marriage at the Church.
Due to the sanctity of the wedding ceremony at the church and to respect our photographer, we ask that you please DO NOT take photos during the ceremony. We ask that you please respect our wishes to have an "unplugged" ceremony so that we can all be more present.
While the wedding party finishes taking photos at the church after the ceremony, please feel free to head to our reception at Salomon Farm Park. Entrance to the reception will begin at 3:30 PM. We will begin the celebration with a "cocktail hour", with beer and wine from Mad Anthony Brewing Company and light refreshment provided. Once the wedding party arrives, dinner will be served. Local BBQ company Shigs and Pit will be providing buffet options. Throughout the evening, please enjoy dancing, conversation, and exploring the surrounding park, which has beautiful wildflower gardens. You can also visit the farm animals just a short walk from the Barn!
Yes!! In fact, we need your help. We will have QR codes placed on the tables at the reception and would love for our guests to upload any pictures they take at the reception so that we can better remember our big day. Please feel free to save or post any pictures you see on the drive.
