Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 27th

Do you have a wedding hashtag for posts on social media?

Answer

Yes we do! Our hashtag is #raisingtheBARkow

Do you have any hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of rooms reserved for our guests to book at two hotels, the Hyatt Regency in Morristown, and the Madison Hotel in Morristown. Please see the Hotel page of our website for instructions on reservations.

What time should I arrive to the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:30 so we ask that you arrive between 6 and 6:30!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus at each hotel, that will take guests to the venue and then return them at the end of the evening.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available if you choose to drive to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests observe a Black Tie Optional dress code.

Will the event be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The plan is for the ceremony to be outside and the reception to move inside, but in the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside.

Is photo/video recording permitted?

Answer

Technically yes, but we are asking guests to refrain from doing so, as we will have professional photographers capturing the ceremony, and having phones out can obstruct their view, or ruin a shot. We will make the photos available after the event for those who wish to see them!

Are there any COVID requirements?

Answer

While we are not asking our guests to be vaccinated in order to attend, we do ask that as a courtesy, they test negative before the event so as to protect any attendees who are more vulnerable to COVID.
