Maid of Honor
Emma is Ciera’s maid of honor, younger sister, and built-in best friend. When Emma was a kid, Ciera thought she was a smart ass. Now that Emma is an adult, Ciera still thinks she's a smart ass, but with a lot more class. Ciera has learned to appreciate this trait, along with her genuine, caring, and playful spirit. Emma is both honored and excited to stand by her sister’s side for the big day. Can I say ass on this site?

Anita and Ciera are nine months apart, and grew up as Irish(Peruvian) twin cousins. As such, they are intertwined for life. Together, Anita and Ciera went on adventures in Anita’s pink Barbie Jeep, swam in the questionable pools of Camp Kiwi, and even overlapped for a year at NYU. Ciera was Anita’s co-maid of Honor for Anita’s wedding, along with Emma, and helped make the day and all of the bridal events a success. Anita’s always admired Ciera’s leadership, strong will, and open heart. She cannot wait to stand by Ciera and Rodrigo alter on their wedding day.

Dani and Ciera met though softball at the University of Pacific! Ciera was her first friend in college and they hit it off right away! They were roommates, party pals and 'models' with their signature pose. They certainly enjoyed their share of grilled cheese sandwiches at Boudin and pazookies at BJ's. And now 8 years later they are long distance besties always looking forward to the next chance to see each other!

From New York and Hawaii, who knew Ciera and Kamalei would be brought together at the University of the Pacific in California! The softball field and late nights full of stories and laughs brought them amazing memories. They may live across the country from each other, but every moment together is full of joy and happiness. As they continue to grow, Kamalei is so excited to be by Ciera’s side as she says 'I Do'!

Dorian and Rodrigo met on the 1st day of their MBA program in New York. They immediately became good friends since they shared a common view on many things in life especially their love for music and playing guitar. Moreover, having Rodrigo in the same investing classes made everyone brighter! Rodrigo has serious skills in reading the market and doesn't mind sharing some advice! They will never forget the parties and the constant celebrations of their great days at business school. No New Yorker has ever seen the Peruvian moves that they will bring to this big day!

Airton's friendship with Rodrigo started in Lima when they bonded on their dreams of Columbia Business School and a future in New York. Since then, Airton have had many fun adventures with Rodrigo, growing their bond and sharing milestones of their life. Airton always remembers how important Rodrigo’s support was when moving into NYC during Covid times - one special moment was when Rodrigo cooked ‘Aji de gallina’ (Airton’s favorite dish) for his first birthday in NYC. Airton can’t wait to celebrate the couple’s special day and dance all night!

I met Rodrigo at Equilibrium, his first job. Rodrigo´s hilarious personality and our shared passion for football connected immediately (even though Rodrigo´s evident lack of talent on the football field, I always cheered for him!). Many memories come to my mind about our friendship (the preparation for the MBA, the travels inside of Peru, and Rodrigo´s good relationship with my pet Noah). Impossible to forget our travel to Colombia (Peru's World Cup qualification after 36 years!, Santa Martha beaches, Rodrigo's sticky relationship with Medellin taxi drivers). And oh, the fun we had at my wedding! Can't be more excited for the next stop in NYC for your big day bro!

Rodri and Carlos’s bond, kickstarted back in kindergarten, took off with their love for rock and riffing off Pedro Suárez Vertiz tunes. When Rodri moved to Arequipa, they didn’t let distance dim their vibe; instead, they grew even tighter. Their later years, filled with travel and shared crazy adventures, only solidified their status as each other’s go-to guy. For Carlos, seeing Rodri and Ciera together is just right; they’re a natural pair, embodying that true spirit of cool, effortless companionship.

Rodrigo and Luis Fernando met 17 years ago during their economics undergrad. Since then, they have been plotting to take over the world. Their last most unsuccessful attempt happened in 2021 when they traveled together through the Middle East and got lost in the dessert. Thankfully surviving, their focus has unexpectedly shifted—now, rather than conquering the world, Luis finds himself joining Rodrigo to the best day of his life!

From our initial meeting during our economics studies, Rodrigo has been a beacon of adventure, good vibes, and humorous anecdotes. 'Hello Rodrigo, this is Rodrigo, calling from the future!' he would quip over the phone, humorously forecasting academic successes and laughable hangovers. This humor was the prelude to our ill-advised yet unforgettable expedition in Petra's desert, where, confident in our skills, we lost our way for hours, depleting our water and relying on a local merchant for guidance. Our bond was further cemented through camping excursions near Lima, soccer games, and those intense late-night study sessions. Together, we navigated both academic and life challenges, including the time we accidentally depleted a party's liquor supply, turning every moment into a lasting memory.
