Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Fox Bell Farms; 137 N Barr Road Port Angeles, WA. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. September 6th, 2025.

How and when do I rsvp?

Answer

You can RSVP on this website. Please select the "RSVP" tab and follow the instructions to confirm your attendance. We ask that you send us your acceptances or regrets by July 1st, 2025.

What if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have rsvp'd?

We understand things come up. Please text Molly (360-640-5705) right away so we can make changes.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a limit on the guests allowed at the venue. We cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that venue limitations may mean our hands are tied.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm (PST). You are welcome to arrive at the venue as early as 2:30pm. We recommend you arrive by 2:45pm in order to allow yourself time to find a seat. Please plan to arrive to the venue early. Once procession begins, seating will be closed.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Once you arrive at Fox Bell Farms, please follow the gravel driveway up the hill, and around the back of the barn. There will be enough parking to accommodate everyone.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests dress in semi-formal attire. This looks like a happy medium between casual and formal; think "Sunday Best" If it helps to guide you, the theme of our wedding includes lots of dark green with hints of champagne; dark & moody forest.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The Pacific Northwest is unpredictable. We’re hoping for sunshine, but plan for rain. The historical average weather report for September 6th is between 65° - 75°. The ceremony will be outside, the reception will be held in a heated barn.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have paid for a wonderful professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks and feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are able to enjoy the moment with us. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We adore your children (and intend to party). Please consider making this evening a date night! The ceremony will only be open to children 8 and up who are close family & friends of the bride and groom. They have been identified in your invitation and will be visible on your RSVP. If you believe we have left your little one out, please contact Molly (360-640-5705) no later than July 1st to discuss! Children of all ages are welcome to attend the reception. If your child was not identified on the RSVP, but you intend to bring them to the reception please let Molly know. Keep in mind, music will contain lewd & explicit lyrics.

What is on the menu, and when will we eat?

Answer

Cocktail hour will commence at 3:30p, and include light snacks. A BBQ dinner will be served by 5:00p. We are having a buffet-style meal, hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that makes them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please reach out to Molly (360-640-5705) no later than July 1st to discuss.
