Welcome

Chris and I met through mutual friends in high school and spent the next few years building a beautiful friendship. Since then, we have always balanced each other out. He has always been able to make me laugh until I cry and I have always been there as his voice of reason. Chris asked me to be his date to his cousins wedding (shout out Lindsay and Dan!) and we instantly became inseparable. We started officially dating on January 28th 2016. I remember that night, Chris was so nervous to ask me to be his girlfriend that he barely touched his food and if you know Chris at all, you know how nervous he must have been to not eat. Since then we have created a beautiful life together and have had many new adventures. Within the first year of dating we moved into our first apartment in West Chester while I was going to school. After realizing our dream was to buy a house together we decided to move in with Chris's parents, Tom and Debbie, who so graciously took me in and treated me like a member of the family. Over the two years of living with them I was lucky enough to form a great relationship with them and the entire Bean family. Living so close to my parents house and going on many Moffatt family vacations to the Outer Banks and OCNJ, allowed Chris to form great relationships with my family as well. We are so lucky to have two great families who have supported and loved us along the way. In March of 2019 our dream of buying our first home came true. We had so many visions of how to make this house our home and through six months of hard work, renovations, and a lot of help from friends and family (you know who you are) we created a home that we love. We kicked off the first of many parties in our new home with our house warming party. We loved having our families and friends together to celebrate this new chapter of our life. Of course, we had to get a dog the second we moved in...we literally brought Bailey home the day we moved in. A few months later we decided one dog wasn't enough and along came Tucker. We love our fur babies! Over the past few years of living in our house we have celebrated birthdays, holidays, and our engagement with friends and family. We have created lasting memories with our amazing friends during our many weekends spent here together. Throughout our time dating we took trips to California, the Bahamas, the Poconos, Fort Lauderdale, Nashville, Chicago, and of course many trips to the beach, both of our favorite place. Chris proposed on the beach in the Outer Banks while on vacation with my family. The Outer Banks will always hold a special place in our hearts. We have been through so much together and cannot wait to continue to grow and love each other for the rest of our lives.
