Question

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Please wear suit and tie for gentlemen and gowns or cocktail dresses for ladies. **White is reserved for the bride** and we ask that you please refrain from wearing predominantly white attire.

Is there parking on-site at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on-site and this fortunately will not be an issue.

Is the wedding venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, please let us know ahead of time and we will coordinate to make sure this is taken care of. The outside ceremony site a has walking path that is accessible. Inside for the reception there is an elevator for those that cannot use stairs.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we would love to have them, we are restricted on number of guests and ask only names on the RSVP invite to attend.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally addressed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask for an “unplugged” ceremony meaning all devices are put away. Please remember to silence your cellular devices for the duration of our ceremony.

What happens if I cannot check into my hotel room early enough to get ready before the shuttle leaves?

Answer

We highly recommend that all guests come prepared in their wedding attire upon their arrival at the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to guarantee early check-in. Please feel free to download the hotel app and check throughout the day if your room is able to be checked in early or not. You are more than welcome to check your luggage in at the hotel and leave your car in the parking lot, then board the bus to the venue at 3:15 PM. You may also drive straight to the venue and leave your car overnight (if necessary), but it must be picked up by 9 AM the next morning.
