FAQs

Question

How long will the bride and groom be in Vegas for?

Answer

We will fly in on Thursday and will be heading to Zion National park on Sunday afternoon. Our flight info is listed under the "Travel Accommodations" tab.

Question

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

Red Rock Canyon, Canyon Overlook - 3205 NV-159, Las Vegas, NV 89161.

Question

Will there be a reception after the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a short break between the ceremony and reception. We will be hosting the reception at Vintner Grill website: https://www.vglasvegas.com/. We will have two hours of open bar, h'orderves, and a seated pre-fix dinner on their patio.

Question

What to do when you arrive at the ceremony site?

Answer

One of our wedding coordinators will come to get all the guests. They ask that you wait in or by your car so they can find you easily and get started on time once they are set up. When people start walking around exploring they sometimes get lost and don't want you to get lost before the ceremony.

Question

Will there be transportation to the ceremony ?

Answer

Yes! We will have a party bus pick up guests in front of our hotel and bring everyone to the ceremony site. The bus will stay parked at the ceremony site and then bring everyone back to the hotel. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to the reception. Exact time frames for pickup are listed under "Transportation Info" tab

Question

Will there be a bathroom at the ceremony site?

Answer

There are bathrooms at most locations available. Since they are not the greatest at the state parks we recommend using the restroom before you leave or stopping somewhere on the way to the ceremony. If you have to use the bathroom by all means go for it! Since they are not run by our wedding coordinators they have the right to close them upon their own discretion.

Question

What is the weather like in Vegas in October?

Answer

The average low temperature is 50 degrees at night while highs still reach into the 80s during the day.

Question

What if we don’t want to stay at Park MGM for all dates that were blocked?

Answer

The discounted room rates are only available for 10/10/24-10/14/2024. If you decide to arrive earlier than 10/10 or stay later than 10/14 , we recommend calling 1-888-529-4828 using the discount code listed under the travel accommodations tab and mentioning you are with Meaney/LaRosa party and they can add rooms before or after those dates for you. You also do not have to stay all 4 nights listed to receive the discount.

Question

Will there be a rehearsal dinner?

Answer

There won't be any rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. We want everyone to enjoy their time in Vegas and treat it like a vacation! Always feel free to text us if you want to meet up, we'll try our best to see you!

Question

Is there a Dress code?

Answer

There is no set dress code. Since the ceremony will be outside, whatever you are comfortable with is fine with us. Business casual would be perfect, preferably no jeans.
