Chris was desperate for a new place to live in Sacramento and he decided to move in with a strange woman from a nail shop. That woman turned out to be Famy's Grand-Aunt. Famy came over to help her Aunt's new tenant move into his room. When she first walked in Chris' room, he was playing one of his favorite songs: "September" by Earth Wind & Fire. "Do you remember, the 21st night of September?" That date also happened to be Famy's birthday. After spending 30 seconds observing the way Chris had set up his room, Famy declared that Chris must be a Virgo... and his birthday must have been September 3rd. It was a perfectly strange start to a perfectly strange relationship.
Chris invited Amy to go to a Hookah place across the street from his rental car branch. When he picked her up, Famy asked: "Are we meeting your cousin Melissa here?" Chris replied: "No." Famy asked: "So, your friends coming?" Chris responded: "Nope." Famy asked: "So who is coming?" Chris said: "Nobody." Famy said: "oh...hmm..." She still didn't get it. After a few more hours and hints, she eventually figured out she was on a date.
After a New Years Fireworks Cruise on the San Francisco Bay, Chris and Famy took a ride to San Francisco's Palace of Fine Arts. Chris' Best Man Johnny had secretly set up a camera and speaker to play "Kiss the Girl" from The Little Mermaid. As Chris and Famy walked to the center of the dome, Chris experienced some conveniently timed "pain" from his recent surgery which took him down to one knee. Famy started yelling at Johnny to get him some of his pain medicine. But Johnny just started playing "Kiss the Girl" on his bluetooth speaker and filming the scene. Famy got angrier and angrier with Johnny as he just stood there and recorded what was going on. After what seemed like an eternity, Johnny's girlfriend Erika told Famy: "Look Down!" Famy turned her head to Chris, who was still down on one knee, but now had a ring box open and asked "Will you marry me?" Her response: "WHAT THE HELL?!" but later... "Yes."
