Hotel Information: Please feel free to call ahead to the DoubleTree by Hilton in Binghamton, NY if you'd like to reserve a room! The number is 607-722-7575 and ask for the LaSala-Fields Wedding (Group Code for Booking your Room is: LAS) . We do have rooms blocked for Friday the 14th and Saturday the 15th for discounted rates for the wedding. Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and will be based on availability on the day of check-in. The only way to guarantee a room will be ready before 4:00pm is to reserve a room the night before, however the hotel will try to get in you in early if they can!

Please note: For the discounted rates reservations must be made before Wednesday, May 15th, 2024

Guest Arrive to Ceremony: 3:00p-3:20pm
Ceremony: 3:30p-4:00pm
Cocktail Hour: 4:00p-5:00pm
Dinner/Reception: 5:00p-10:00pm
