Question

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

YES! We'd love for ALL of our guests to stay with us at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Sturbridge (this is where all the fun pre- and post-wedding activities will be!) See the 'Travel' section of the site for additional information.

Are there any other wedding-related festivities?

Answer

YES! We want to spend as much time as possible with all of you, so we've booked a banquet room at the hotel for a welcome party Thursday night and after the reception Friday night. See the "Schedule" section of the site for additional information!

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be at the Salem Cross Inn in W. Brookfield, MA. 260 W Main St, (route 9) West Brookfield, MA 01585 508-861-2345

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm on Nov 3. We have booked a school bus for your convenience which will pick up at the hotel at 1:30pm. It is about a 30 minute ride from the hotel to the venue. If you will be driving yourself, we kindly ask you to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to grab a seat and start mingling.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for him to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). We ask that all guests RSVP by 10/1/23. For your convenience, you will be able to confirm your attendance online. Simply click the RSVP tab at the top of this page. We will be sending out a select-few invites with mail in RSVP cards for those without easy access to a computer.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing transportation to and from Salem Cross Inn. Please see the travel/accommodations section of the site for additional info.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. We are aiming to have the ceremony outdoors. The ceremony will last less than 30 minutes, but please make sure you are warm enough to sit outside during this time. Of course you are welcome to change into your party clothes after the ceremony!

Where are you registered at?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked we are registered through Amazon, Target and Zola for a honeymoon fund.
