What is the dress code?

Cocktail! Mid July can get very warm in Central Oregon, and the ceremony is outdoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony seating begins at 4:00pm. Please be seated by 4:20pm.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony to cherish these moments together. Please refrain from using cameras or phones during the ceremony.

Absolutely, we love kids!

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside at the Bachelor Lawn, weather permitting. The reception will be inside the Great Hall.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Monday, May 13th, 2024.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love for you to bring a date, unless your invitation says "and guest" or a specific person's name, then the invitation only extends to you.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking very close to the Great Hall. There will signs directing you to the parking lot.
