Aulani Resort

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Aulani resort in Ko Olina (next door to our venue!). These rates are heavily discounted as compared to normal resort rates at this time of year. We highly encourage guests to check out options here as this is where we'll be staying for the week, and we'll be hanging out a lot by the pool/beach which is reserved for Aulani guests. There is a range of hotel room options and villas, and we have the rates discounted for a weeks-worth of dates. We understand everyone has different price points and plans, but we'd love to see as many of you as possible hanging out at the pool with us! You can book directly through this link, or call over the phone with the group reservation agents by calling (407) 827-6799. Phone agents are available 8:30AM – 6:00PM EST Monday through Friday and 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST Saturday and Sunday. We recommend booking a room ASAP as there is limited availability with these rates. Discounted rooms through our block will be available to book until late Jan/early Feb. They require a deposit of a one-nights stay that will go towards your stay, but you are able to cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in with no cost. If you don't see a room option here that you'd be interested in, or the rate doesn't apply to some of the dates you are planning on staying, please let us know as we can try adding more rooms to the block if availability allows.

Ko Olina

The wedding will be right next to the Ko Olina Resort area, where there are 4 lodging options each with their own beautiful beach - Four Seasons Resort, Aulani Disney Resort & Spa, Beach Villas at Ko Olina, and Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club. There are also plenty of dining options and activities in this area. We recommend staying in the Ko Olina area (that's where we'll be!). There are also more budget friendly options in the town of Kapolei, such as Embassy Suites & Residence Inn.

Flight

Honolulu Airport

The closest airport to our venue/resort area is the Honolulu airport (HNL) - it's about 30 minutes from the Kapolei area and Ko Olina resorts. There are direct flights from most major cities like Boston, NYC, and LA.

Rental Car

If you plan to stay for a few days and want to take full advantage of everything Oahu has to offer, the easiest way to explore the island is to rent a car! There are tons of rental car companies in the HNL airport to choose from. If you prefer to not rent a car, you can arrange for a shuttle or private car to drive you to many popular hotel areas.

If you're looking for a VRBO/AirBnB/rental, a great option is the Ko Olina Beach Villas! This is a resort-like property located on it's own lagoon in Ko Olina, right next to many of the resorts which you can access by walking path.
