When is my RSVP due?

Answer

Please have RSVP's back by September 16th 2021, you can either reply online or by mailing the RSVP card that was with your invitation.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony is set to start at 5:30 pm. We ask guests to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to make time for parking, mingling and to find a seat. Refreshments will be available upon arrival.

Will children be allowed at the event?

Answer

While we adore your children, we are unable to extend our guest list to include them due to venue space restrictions. Additionally, we want all of our guests to fully enjoy our adult celebration without worrying about little eyes and ears.

Can I bring someone not listed on the invitation?

Answer

Our venue is beautiful but quite small, for this reason we ask you do not invite any additional parties not listed on your invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking our guests to "dress like they would for church" we want you to be comfortable. Think Semi Formal or Casual Cocktail when planning your outfits for the evening. Please no formal gowns, tuxedos or jeans. Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held outdoors, so spiked heels may sink.

Can I take pictures on my device?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" this means we are asking our guests to keep their phones, cameras, and other devices either on silent or turned off until after the ceremony ends. After that take all the pictures you want and be sure to use our wedding hashtag when posting on social media. #SimplySwailes We promise we will share our photos with you as soon as we get them!

Where Should I Park?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue. There will either be signs or someone directing guests to parking.

Question

What will happen after the Ceremony? Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages. During the reception there will be a buffet dinner, wedding cake, and desserts! There will be beer and wine being served for the entirety of the reception for those that are able to partake responsibly.
