Maid of Honor
Dear friends, my name is Darlene Vega! My friendship with Chrissi can be traced back to the history books. This is no exaggeration--we literally met in U.S. History class at Montclair High School! Ever since, I've been a partner in crime to this beautiful, intelligent, creative, and adventurous lady. I am so happy my dear friend found her Prince Charming in Phil! They complement each other so perfectly; this duo finds humor in the little things in life! May God bless them, and I am so blessed to be a part of this new chapter in their lives, but more importantly, Guppy finally will have a true home filled with love within the confines of marriage. That's what it's all about.
Bridesman
Teddy is a design extraordinaire. He's been friends with Chrissi since her first year of college and has shared many happy and sad moments with her, including watching her get excited and giddy at the start of her relationship with Phillip! He would like Guppy to have a bath!
Bridesman
Michael Petillo is an aspiring musician and occasional suffering Mets fan. He "met" (get it?) the bride-to-be through no choice of his own, at home in Cedar Grove, NJ some 23 years ago. He couldn't be prouder for the happy couple and is very excited for the wedding, but he won't admit it!
Bridesmaid
Maeve met Chrissi in 2014 when they both moved to NYC to study fashion design at the Pratt Institute. They clicked right away, and finished the semester as two of the top three students in their first design class (course size: 3). Though their careers in fashion kept them on separate coasts since finishing school, Maeve is incredibly happy to have both Chrissi and Phil back in the Big Apple, and is honored to be a member of their wedding party!
Best Man
Phil's brother/wedding advisor. Likes to travel and explore the western USA. Interested in digital marketing and high quality audio. Recently became a cat person after a life of dogs.
Groomsman
Nate and Phil go way back to the age of sixth grade, where we played basketball on the same team. Phil was not the worst on the team (second worst) but still couldn't dribble. Within a few years, the two of us were writing songs together and trying to sing as high as we could. We often made French projects together in school. After a brief binge drinking phase in college, we started working on careers in the arts. We now talk about things like "why it's good to be in a union" and "why does LA suck so bad?". Nate cherishes his seventeen year connection (and fourteen year friendship) with the groom. He is stoked that Chrissi has put up with him for this long and is volunteering to put up with him for even longer.
Groomsman
Phil and Ben first met at freshman orientation at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. They became fast friends while both studying for their Sound Recording Technology degrees. Over time, classes together turned into great times outside the classroom--music parties, summers spent at Good Harbor Beach and Reading, and even staying together for a week in Montreal. After college, the friendship still lasted after both had moved to different parts of the country. While on one of many visits to NYC to see Phil, Ben has the pleasure of meeting Chrissi, got to see how wonderful of a person she was, and how happy the two of them were together. Ben and his girlfriend, Alyssa, are so excited to celebrate Phil and Chrissi on their wedding day!

I'm overjoyed to be a part of Phil and Chrissi's big day! I met Phil in high school through theatre and music and have enjoyed many years of friendship, concert attendance, mutual interests, and camaraderie ever since. It's been wonderful to see Phil and Chrissi grow together as a couple, and, most recently, they helped welcome me to LA with open arms. I can't wait to celebrate these two great people as they take the next big step!
