Between 5 and 5:20 pm in order to get parked, and seated

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

No. The menu is set as Smoked pork (pulled), beef sloppy joes, beans, and potato chips.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There are signs pointing to the parking area. A parking attendant will also be available to direct you to a spot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be putting up decorations the Friday prior to the wedding. Anyone who is available is welcome to help. There will be a Wedding Rehearsal for the wedding party following decoration. From the rehearsal, we will head to Lemke's for some food. There may be an after party following the wedding at the bride and groom's home. Please see the bride and groom after the wedding for details. The bride and groom will be opening presents at their home the Sunday following the wedding, and anyone who was at the wedding is invited to attend.

We will be providing wine at the tables, punch, water, and coffee at the reception, and 1 keg of beer free of charge. We will have some cans of beer and soda available in the coolers for $1 per can. Please feel free to bring your own drinks. **Rides to and from the wedding will not be provided, so please drink responsibly**

Reservied Rooms

Answer

We have a block of 10 rooms reserved at My Place in Brookings under "Schepker / Pikul Wedding". You are welcome to choose your own lodging as well. We will also have 2 campers set up in the back yard.
