We’re getting married!

Christmas Eve is a special holiday for Mark and Christina because they made it a tradition to host and celebrate with their families at their home. This Christmas Eve celebration was extra special as they awaited the arrival of their second daughter, Emma. While Christina was preoccupied opening and exchanging gifts, Mark took their daughter Aubrey into the other room and changed her into a shirt that said “Mommy, will you marry daddy?” Mark made his way back into the living room holding a gift for Christina. Christina thought this was strange since they usually wait til Christmas Day to exchange gifts, but she continued to open it anyways. As she was opening it, she saw Aubrey running out and as she was reading her shirt she saw Mark get down on one knee. “Oh my gosh! It’s finally happening!!!” she thought to herself as tears started flowing. She said YES before he was even able to get the question out. Inside the gift bag was a Christmas ornament of a guy proposing to a girl and in big letters it read “SHE SAID YES.” Needless to say, their annual Christmas party soon turned into a surprise engagement party surrounded by loved ones.
