Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Orlando International Airport is going to be the best option to fly in and out from. It's about an hour and 20 min drive (one way) to and from Sebastian. There is another airport that is closer, only 25 min away located in Melbourne, but because it is much smaller it will cost more and most likely have stops.

This hotel is in a great location! Right along the River with plenty of restaurants, bars, and parks near by. Our family have stayed here in the past while visiting and the rooms are nice and clean. They have a pool as well.

Best Western Plus Sebastian Hotel & Suites

This is another great option. This is along US highway 1 which is across the street from Captain Hirams. So you're still close to the river and all of the restaurants. Walmart and Dollar Tree are nearby in case you need to pick up any essentials or snacks.

Oyster Pointe & Oyster Bay Resort

This is another great location located next to Captain Hirams. You're right there along the river in the middle of plenty of places to eat or go to a Tiki Bar to sit back and relax with a drink. Many of these places have live music as well!

Travel Note

Where to Stay

You also have the option of finding a place to stay at through Airbnb and Vrbo. I would suggest staying in either Sebastian or Vero Beach so you're close to the main event. There are a lot of houses and condos on those sites but they also book pretty fast. This may be a more cost-effective way to enjoy the long weekend or week in Florida.
