Planes, trains, or automobiles? How to get to Susanville...

Answer

Nestled away from major airports and crowded cities, our rural town is a little more complicated to get to. The two major airports "close-by" are Reno, Nevada and Sacramento, California. The drive to Susanville takes about an hour and change from Reno and a little over 3 hours from Sac. There are no Ubers/Lyfts/RideShares/Taxis in or around the Susanville area, so having transportation of your own is a must!

An outdoor wedding...

Christian and Kelsey are getting married outside! Please be advised that the ground is uneven, the dirt is dirty, and the sun will still be up during the ceremony. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes so that you can enjoy our outdoor celebration with us!

Lassen County Weather in June...

Answer

Here in Lassen County, California it has snowed every single month of the year. We have hopefully chosen a date with perfect weather, but it is always nice to be prepared for a chillier evening. Usually in late June our weather is superb, but for all our non-mountain folks, once the sun goes down it could get into the 50s at night.

This is a non-smoking wedding. The flick of a cigarette isn't a chance we take here in Northern California, however, if accommodations need to be made, just let us know!
