Introduce Ourselves   Christal Elizabella Damon was born & raised in Brooklyn, New York where she currently resides. One of four siblings, her strong family roots hail from the beautiful South American country of Guyana. She graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she has earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.Christal then went forward to earn her masters degree in the same field at Monroe College and is currently pursuing a PHD in Criminal Justice at the former college. Chrissy, as her close friends and family refer to her, is a dominating force, not only as a member of Freedom Hall Church of God located at 629 Albany Avenue in Brooklyn. But also as proud owner of an event decor business by the name Royal Impressions NYC. In her free time, she loves to travel and lend a listening ear to any who made need it. A simply beautiful woman! Ryan Kurk Horace Williams was born in the bustling city of Brooklyn. Since childhood, he has enjoyed his Caribbean roots, hailing from the beautiful islands of Grenada and Barbados. He is the eldest of two siblings and some consider him to be a philosopher. Ryan, affectionately known as Ry, graduated from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a Bachelors of Science in Finance. Forged in a business oriented family, Ryan decided to fully pursue his passion of starting his own financial education company in 2019, Lionsheart Trading. During the course of the past three years, Ryan has successfully taught his students how to make money based on the movement of the market. Outside of the business world, Ryan enjoys going on cuisine adventures, making new memories, spending time with his family, reading self-empowerment books, traveling, building his portfolios, and putting a smile on his sweetheart’s face. How We Met   Christal & Ryan were formally introduced by her cousin Denzel Stoby via phone. A conversation, that some would say, went less than perfect because of their similarly humorous attitudes that often come across as rude and standoffish. Shortly after that, they became co-workers in 2013. After getting to truly know Christal, Ryan was finally able to gather the courage to take her out on their first date to a beautiful dessert cafe known as The Chocolate Room. I am sure that we can all agree that "There is always room for Chocolate!" When they are together, their love for each other has bubbled over into a love for traveling. Together, they experience the culture of each country and are very blessed to make these memories.
