What attire should we wear for this event?

Answer

Wear something nice! No jeans please.

What food will be served?

Answer

We will have charcuterie boards during the cocktail hour with an assortment of cheese, meat, crackers, jam, nuts, and fruit. The dinner includes: lemon garlic chicken, mac 'n cheese, green beans, dinner roll, and a garden salad.

Will there be bar service?

Answer

Our venue requires us to have beverages 15% and under. We will be serving beer, wine, and soft drinks. Don't worry, it's all on us! ID is required.

How late can we stay at the venue?

Answer

We are required to be out by 11:00pm. We kindly ask for everyone to leave by 10:00pm.

I received my invite, but when I RSVPed it is only gave me the option to attend the reception. Why?

We are wanting to keep the ceremony small.

Do you want gifts or money?

Answer

We are happy with anything! However, for gifts, please keep to the registry.

Are there any venue specific rules?

Answer

Yes. Here they are: 1. Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings. 2. Possession of fire arms on the property is prohibited. 3. Children are not allowed near the pond - let's keep this to adults as well. 4. Absolutely no pets allowed anywhere on the property. 5. As hosts, we assume full responsibility for the conduct of guests and any damage caused. 6. Speed limit is 5 mph on the property.

Where do I go and where do I park?

Towering Oaks 528 Northshore Ln. Valley View, TX 76272 From Denton: Drive north on I35 - Exit the highway at exit 487/form to market road 922 - Take FM 922 E - Turn left onto Northshore Ln. - Destination is on the right - there is a large sign that says "Towering Oaks" at the entrance Google Maps and Apple Maps have no issue finding this place. Please park in the open grass area to the right - you will see cars parked there!
