What's the wedding venue like?

Answer

Ignition Music Garage is Goshen's favorite one-stop record store and concert venue! It's an intimate space with old garage vibes. A great place to pick up some vinyl and see a show! Parking is available on the street in front of and near Ignition, in the lot between Ignition and Janus Motorcycles, and across from Janus Motorcycles.

Will there be seating for everyone at the ceremony?

Answer

Ignition Music Garage is an intimate space, and we wanted to invite lots of lovely people! For our short and sweet ceremony, there will be limited seating for those who need it, and plenty of standing room to enjoy the show! Once the reception begins, there will be space to sit throughout the venue. Thanks for being willing to rock-and-roll with us!

Will dinner be served after the ceremony?

Answer

We're excited to share dessert and drinks with you all after the ceremony! We recommend grabbing dinner at one of the many wonderful Goshen restaurants before the ceremony. Check out the "Things to Do" page for recommendations!

Will children be at the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is later in the evening and in a smaller venue. There will be limited reserved seating (but plenty of room to stand, sit in common areas, dance, and have fun) and very limited amenities for kids. This will be a mostly adult-only event, but some kids have been invited because they know Christa and Grant. Thanks for your understanding!

Sooo...is Christa changing her last name?

Answer

Christa is jonesin' to keep her last name. Legally and professionally her name will remain "Christa Jones". But she's excited to be a Longenbaugh at heart and will happily respond to "Mrs. Longenbaugh"! Her elementary school students are thankful that she's keeping her one-syllable name.
