Chris and Ali particularly enjoy Hessel's culinary school, Cedarville's coffee roasters and distillery, and the small gift shops featuring a variety of items from local artists and vendors.
Mackinac Island
There are tons of things to do on Mackinac Island! Check out Fort Mackinac, take a horse drawn carriage ride, hike up to Arch Rock, and grab something to eat overlooking the harbor!
Tahquamenon Falls State Park
A true gem of the Upper Peninsula! Check out both the upper and lower falls for spectacular scenery! Easy walking paths with some staircases.
Whitefish Point
Home to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, and an amazing view of Lake Superior!
Soo Locks
A great place to watch freighters pass through the St. Mary's River! This engineering marvel helps to adjust the water level difference between Lake Huron and Lake Superior so freighters can travel safely.
