Shuttle

We will have shuttles running to and from the parking lot of the Courtyard Marriott San Jose South/Morgan Hill. Anyone is welcome to take the shuttle, even if you do not stay at the hotel. Shuttles will begin at 3:30pm with returning shuttles operating until midnight. They will be paused during the ceremony and will not transport guests back to the hotel parking lot until later in the evening.
Hotel
We have a room block here with a special discount for guests if you use the link below. The discounted room rate is available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Right by In-N-Out and other places for food, coffee, or groceries, it is a short 10 minute drive to the venue. There is a bar, restaurant, pool, and gym. We will have the shuttle departing from this hotel's parking lot. NOTE: Our discounted room block is on a first come first serve basis and the cutoff to book is August 20th, 2024.
Hotel
We also recommend this hotel. It is next door to the Courtyard Marriott but with kitchens and multi-room suites. This is a good option for families or friends who want to stay together! You can easily take the shuttle from this hotel as well. NOTE: We do not have a room block or discount for this hotel.
Travel Note
If you're flying in from out of town, we recommend flying into San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC). Other options are San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK). You can rent a car or take an Uber/Lyft, but Ubers and Lyfts are more limited in Morgan Hill. For our San Francisco friends, Caltrain is an easy & affordable option to get from SF to San Jose. It also has routes to downtown Morgan Hill on weekdays.
