Once upon a time in LA, two hungry souls named Chris Balles and Jenn Ariza swiped right and found something special in the world of dating apps. Their first date was a whirlwind of tacos, happy hour, and endless conversation, topped off with a stroll along the beach. Little did they know, their taste buds were about to fall head over heels for each other too. Food was just the beginning of their connection. They bonded over their love for travel, being outsiders in the city of angels, and their canine sidekicks. After two years of taco-fueled romance, they decided to take the plunge and move in together. Their first home, a cozy apartment, awaited them in sunny San Diego. They built a life together, sharing their quirks and dreams, searching for the best burrito in town, and (somehow) surviving a pandemic as a team. Life was a beach, quite literally. Then, in September 2022, something no one ever thought possible happened. In the depths of Zion National Park, on a trail far from prying eyes and civilization, Chris got down on one knee and asked the big question. No witnesses, no humans around, just them and nature's grandeur. But in true Chris & Jenn fashion, they couldn't resist one more grand adventure. In October 2022, they packed up their car and drove north to elope in the breathtaking Yosemite National Park. Surrounded by majestic mountains and towering sequoias, they exchanged vows and they sealed their love with a quirky twist. And so, their love story continues, one bite at a time.
