Cancun International Airport

The resort is located about 60 minutes from the Cancun International Airport. When you book with our group block, round trip transportation, to and from the airport, is included. When booking your room with a VIP Vacation's travel agent, you can have them book flights for you as well or book the flights on your own.

Booking Information

We are working with VIP Vacations, a travel agency, to help make the booking process for you easier. They are working closely with us to hold the rooms for the wedding, so guests MUST book with them to get the discounted rate and to join the wedding festivities! Payments are broken up as follows: 1st Due Date: Before September 1, 2024 - $250 per adult - $125 per junior (13-17 years) - $75 per child (4-12 years) 2nd Due Date: Before November 5, 2024 Deposit of 60% of room costs due 3rd Due Date: Before February 3, 2024 Deposit of 80% of room cost due Final Due Date: Before March 5, 2025 Full room balance due Please be aware that since we were limited in the number we were able to reserve, these rooms, at these rates, are at a first come basis. Availability may change as we get closer to the wedding date. If you plan to book and pay your first deposit after September 1, 2024, please note that the rates may increase. To prevent a change in your total room costs, we recommend booking before the first due date on September 1, 2024.
