The Trolley

Answer

The Union Station Express will run continuous rounds from the hotels to the venue from 2:40 pm - 4:00pm. At the end of the evening, the trolley will run rounds after dessert is served until 11pm.

Arrival

Answer

Our photographer will be available to capture guest portraits as you arrive, so we recommend arriving by 3:30 to allow plenty of time to hang your coat, take a photo, and find your seat before the ceremony begins at 4:00pm. As noted above, the trolley will start rounds at 2:40pm.

Free Parking

Answer

Union Station has over 200 free parking spots. There is a gate and ticket window at the entrance, so when you arrive you will take a parking ticket to enter; however, the venue will leave the exit gate open so all guests can easily depart without needing to pay.

Are our kids welcome?

Answer

We appreciate your understanding that our special day will be adults only, with the exception of children in our immediate family.

Please bring your ID! The venue kindly asks that we notify guests that they cannot serve those at our open bar without ID, regardless of age.

The Hotel Northampton and the Fairfield both have a check-in time of 3:00pm
