Hotel
We have a hotel block discounted rate at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel and a shuttle will be going from the hotel to the ceremony and then back to the hotel after the wedding. They ask that rooms be booked by June 29th, 2023. The rate should be $139/night. Please let us know if you see a rate higher than that because this means we need to have more rooms added. Use this link to access our room rates: https://group.hiltongardeninn.com/efp5bc The shuttle will arrive at Hilton Garden Inn Flint at 3:15pm and will leave there at 3:25pm to head to the Pine Tree Barn for the wedding. Shuttles back to the Hilton Garden Inn will leave the Pine Tree Barn at 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, and midnight. Shuttles will load 10 minutes before leaving.
Hotel
The Bavarian Inn Lodge is further away and there will not be a shuttle to it, but it is a really fun city to stay in if you want to stay in the cute German-inspired town of Frankenmuth. We have a room block which you can access by calling them to make a reservation and telling them our names or code: 13K19B. It is more pricey due to the amenities- there are other more affordable hotels in Frankenmuth too.
