Are children allowed?

Answer

To allow all of our loved ones the opportunity to relax and enjoy themselves we are restricting the youngest age of children to 16.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.

What is the smoking policy?

Answer

This venue prohibits smoking anywhere on the premises, including outdoors on the property.

What is the gum policy?

Answer

This venue prohibits chewing gum of any kind anywhere on the premises, including outdoors on the property. If gum is found we will not get our security deposit back.

Are cell phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture all the special moments so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Please keep your devices away until after the ceremony.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be outside in the rose garden.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar with select wines, beers, spirits, and signature cocktails begining after the ceremony.

Am I able to bring a guest?

Answer

We ask that only those listed on the invitation be present.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

We are extremely lucky to have love, laughter, and too much "stuff", so if you'd like to help us celebrate with a gift, we will have a card box at the reception and an online honeymoon fund.

What will parking be like?

Answer

Parking will be available in a field across from the venue. Follow the posted signs.

What time will the event be over?

Answer

We will begin our goodbyes at 10:00 pm. The vendors will begin breaking down and cleaning up at 10:30 pm.

What type of lodging will be available?

Answer

Check the travel section of our website for information about the hotel room block. Guests are welcome to book at any hotel they choose, but only the hotel in the travel section is contracted with us.

Question

What type of transportation will be available?

Answer

The hotel has a shuttle available to and from RDU airport. This shuttle will also take our guests within 2 miles of the hotel. Transportation to the venue can be made through Uber/Lyft. We suggest sharing a ride with other guests.
