Where is the wedding?
Answer
The entire wedding will be held at Park Winters in Winters, CA.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 30, 2025, using the RSVP tab. Thank you!
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Guests are welcome to start arriving as early as 4:00 PM to explore the grounds. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure ample time for seating.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
This will be an adults-only event, except for those involved in the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
There's plenty of free parking available between the Park Winters Inn and the flower farm. Additionally, shuttles will be provided to and from the venue from Hotel Winters, Fairfield Inn & Suites Winters Davis, and Cache Creek Casino Resort. The shuttles will arrive at the hotels and depart from the venue at scheduled times, with details to follow on this website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will be serving a buffet dinner. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate them.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will primarily take place outdoors. During the reception, guests can hang out on the patio, explore the gardens, relax in the barn and inn, or enjoy the fireplace overlooking the fields.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We’ve reserved hotel blocks at Hotel Winters, Fairfield Inn & Suites Winters Davis, and Cache Creek Casino Resort. If these options aren’t quite what you’re looking for, there are also additional accommodations in Davis and Vacaville.

Are there rideshare apps or taxis?
Answer
Uber and Lyft services are limited. Taxis are available, but it can be difficult to find one later in the evening, so be sure to schedule it ahead of time if one is needed Wow Davis Taxi at (530) 204-8918.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?
Answer
We've hired an amazing photographer to capture our special moments, so we kindly ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony. Feel free to snap away at cocktail hour and the reception!

What should I wear?
Answer
We suggest cocktail attire for the wedding. Feel free to wear anything you're comfortable in, and don't forget to bring comfortable shoes for dancing the night away!

The reception will conclude at 10:30 PM, more information regarding shuttles will come closer to the wedding.
