The ceremony will promptly start at 4:30pm. We encourage all guests to take advantage of the shuttle from the hotel to the venue. See the Transportation page for details. If you are driving to the venue, please arrive at the latest by 4:10pm.
We've secured two hotel room blocks at the Hampton Inn at Frostburg MD and at the Quality Inn, Frostburg MD. They are both a 30 second walk from each other. Please visit the travel page for more details.
The short answer is YES! There will be transportation from the hotel to the venue so that you can enjoy yourself to the fullest! It may even stop at the bar...
We love all of our guests and their kids but we'd love for you to let your hair down and enjoy yourselves for the night. To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that you leave your little ones at home and arrange for a sitter.
Cocktail attire! Dress to impress. That means dresses, jumpsuits, skirts with a blouse, slacks, nice shoes, button up shirt, ties/bow ties are all appropriate!
The ceremony is outside on grass. Wear shoes that are comfortable for indoor and outdoor!
Yes! If you'd like to opt out of our provided transportation and drive yourself, the venue can host up to 100 vehicles, and has a parking attendant to assist. If you end up enjoying yourself too much, you can pick up your vehicle the next day!
Please keep phones away during the ceremony. We have a very talented photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony and we're so excited to share those photos with you! We'd rather see your face in the crowd than your phone :). After the ceremony is over, all bets are off!
We have a local BBQ caterer providing dinner! We both loved it and we hope you do too. Don't worry - for those of you herbivores out there, or any other dietary restrictions, we'll be prepared!
