What's the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP for all events is November 19, 2023. The RSVP option will close after this date in order for us to finalize food, drinks and seating. If you’ve missed the RSVP deadline, you are welcome to still attend the ceremony, but the reception will be for only for those who have a seat. Thanks for understanding. Please read the Frequently Asked Questions before making your RSVP.

Will I get an invitation in the mail?

No. We are sending virtual invites and collecting them online to help our planet and be more efficient!

Are guests invited to all events?
Answer
All guests are invited to specific events. Please confirm your invitation and plan accordingly.

May I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Your invitation will note whether you have a plus one. If it does not, please respect our limited capacity.

We love kids and hope to add to our family! Although we love to watch the children laugh and play, this is going to be an adults-only kind of day.

What do I wear?

Each event has its own suggested attire. Please read the description for each event.

What's the best option for in-town transportation?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation. Your best option would be Uber, Lyft or taxis. All wedding-related venues are within 10 minutes of each other. Depending on which hotel you stay at, most are within 15 minutes from the venues.

Are the wedding-related venues handicap-accessible?

Yes, all venues are ADA-compliant.

Are any venues outdoor?

No, all venues are indoor.

All venues have their own parking lots with plenty of spots.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We'll have specialty beers, wines, champagne and surprise signature drinks. The Booze is on Bruce!

May I take photos/videos at the wedding?
Answer
We are requesting an unplugged ceremony. Please keep your phones on silent and put away. We will have two photographers and two videographers to capture everything at the Mass. Then, at the reception, we'll have a meet-and-greet photo opportunity with the bride and groom and a photobooth.

No animals, please. Even our Bruce has to stay home.

Is there a group discount rate for hotel?
Answer
Yes, we have set up a link to book your room using our group link. Please see the “travel” tab for more info.

What gifts does the couple want?
Answer
Chinh and Steve will live in Chinh’s house and have everything they need for their home. If you feel inclined, you are welcome to contribute to their Honeymoon/Future Home fund. The couple will be going to Vietnam in January to have a traditional Vietnamese wedding, go on a honeymoon and spend time with Chinh’s sister, who has terminal cancer. The couple also plans to get a bigger home in a few years.
